มีข่าวอัปเดตจากเกม DRAGON BALL: Sparking! ZERO มาให้ทุกคนได้ติดตามกันแล้วครับ โดยในวันนี้เราจะได้เห็นภาพสกรีนช็อตบางส่วนจากเกมดังกล่าว แต่ที่นาสนใจก็คือเราจะได้เห็นท่าไม้ตายเด็ดของ Mr.Satan (Hercules) ด้วย!

When Bungie unlocked almost every Destiny 2 armor mod for players last week, there was an accompanying message that raised a lot of eyebrows: “We want to give everyone a chance to enjoy all mods in their current state”. 

I think most of us expected some sort of rebalancing to come on the February 28 Lightfall expansion release date, but that seemed to hint at something bigger. Today the studio pulled back the curtain on how buildcrafting is changing, and it looks like one of the biggest systemic reworks ever to happen to the game. Almost everything related to buildcrafting—from armor mods, to how champions are stunned, to the much-hated Match Game modifier—is either being substantially changed or in some cases straight-up deleted. 

Suffice to say it’s going to be a huge and controversial topic in the community, but also an exciting refresh for the five year-old looter shooter. “Not all previous builds are going to be able to be recreated one-to-one,” noted Bungie in its post,  “but the system has been changed enough to open up a lot of new possibilities with new mods and ability combinations.” As with any change of this size to a live servi…

Update, September 12, 2023: An AMD representative has been in touch to assure us that it is aware of the bug, but unfortunately doesn’t have any update about whether we might see a patch incoming, or even whether the driver team has a fix in mind.

What they did also note was that it is reportedly not just AMD RX 6000 and RX 7000-series cards that are having the no-sun issue, as reportedly cards older than the RTX 20-series are also anecdotally suffering from the same problem.

I have not been able to confirm this myself, but some readers have suggested that their GTX 1080 Ti and GTX 980 are feeling the Bill Withers Ain’t No Sunshine vibe, too. Those are older cards, to be fair, but were also the top GPUs of their generations and I would bet there are still a fair few in service out there.

It’s going to be interesting to see what the issue at play is here, because it seems that older AMD cards, such as the venerable RX 5700 XT, are doing fine (in relative terms, performance won’t be great) while Nvidia’s older GPUs are suffering. But the inverse is true for newer graphics cards.

If you’re a US-based PC gamer and you’ve been holding off upgrading your rig, you might want to think again, as prices for graphics cards, motherboards, and even PC cases, are set to see a big bump in their prices. Depending on the item, the increase could be as much as 25%, which could make getting a new GPU very expensive.

Back in 2018, the US Trade Representative (USTR) issued a report in which it declared that “acts, policies, and practices of the Government of China related to technology transfer, intellectual property, and innovation were unreasonable or discriminatory, and burdened or restricted U.S. commerce.” The result of which were import tariffs on a raft of products that were manufactured or assembled in China, including all kinds of PC components and peripherals.

However, in 2022, the current US administration created a list of exclusions for 350 products (graphics cards and motherboards being two such cases), intending to give the industry sufficient time to shift as much of the upstream supply chain and assembly duties as possible outside of China.

Valve debuted some sizable changes to the Steam UI in the beta client last week, including an overhaul of the in-game overlay and a much-needed rework of the screenshot manager. There are also some less dramatic tweaks, like a bolder (and underlined!) font treatment for the big store/library/community menu buttons. But I’ve been using Steam practically every day for so many years, even those small changes feel earth-shaking. This may sound ridiculous, but I just can’t get used to the new drop-downs that pop up when you click those menus.

Am I the only one who feels like something’s off with the menus now? In theory I like that they’re now a little bit bigger, making the text easier to read and click on my 1440p monitor. But the new, lighter gray highlights how flat they look, and how dated that design feels now.

So you’re looking for a new PC case but not sure what to get? Well, don’t worry—I’ve found five brilliant models in the Prime Day sales that are spacious and good-looking, with plenty of features, and all for a very reasonable price.

First up are a pair of Corsairs, the 4000D Airflow and 5000D Airflow. They’re pretty much the same, apart from the latter being quite a bit larger than the former. Both models are pretty barebones in terms of what you get with them—just two 120 mm fans apiece—but the simplicity of the design makes them very easy to work with.

The 4000D Airflow is a great choice for PC gamers who don’t want a hulking case taking up most of the desk but my money would go on the 5000D Airflow. There’s a huge amount of room inside for big graphics cards and radiators, and cable management is a piece of cake.

Neither of them is particularly stylish, though, but the Fractal Design and Lian Lia have got you covered.
